Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online software platform and digital services (the “Services”) provided by Ai Xora V (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating as a sole proprietorship based in Punjab, India. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

Ai Xora V provides an online SaaS platform and digital services intended to help businesses manage operations such as customer relationships, funnels, websites, marketing, automation, and related tools. Specific features, availability, and plan inclusions are described on the applicable plan pages at the time of purchase. We may update, add, or remove features and we will communicate significant changes where appropriate.

Pricing for each plan is displayed on our pricing page and at checkout. All amounts are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST and any other applicable taxes will be added as required. Online payments are processed through our payment service provider, Razorpay. You authorise us to charge the applicable fees through the selected payment method. Invoices are made available through your account where applicable.

Where you purchase a subscription with a defined billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), the subscription remains active for the period you have paid for. To stop future renewals, cancel through your account settings or by contacting us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current paid period; refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Access to the purchased software or service is activated after successful payment and account provisioning. Some plans may include setup assistance as described at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information required to enable the service. Delivery timelines for any assisted setup will be communicated based on the plan purchased.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Using the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other accounts;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, servers, or networks;
• Infringing intellectual property or other rights of any person;
• Using the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content and data you submit, for maintaining backups of your data where appropriate, and for configuring the Services to suit your needs. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account and for complying with all applicable laws.

The Services, including software, content, branding, and design, are owned by Ai Xora V or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for the duration of your paid subscription, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the platform.

The Services may integrate with or connect to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We strive to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet or hosting disruptions.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we believe your conduct creates risk or liability. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to comply with legal obligations.

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy. These Terms and the Refund Policy are intended to be read together and do not contradict each other.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Xora V shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the relevant billing period. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except to the extent required by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the latest revision by updating the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the applicable location in Punjab, India, subject to confirmation of the appropriate jurisdiction by the owner.
